Qualifikationen

• Experience with institutional investors and heavily matrixed organizations.
• Background in real estate private equity or institutional real estate investments.

• Oversee Northern California portfolio with potential shifts based on acquisition activity.
• Maximize asset value and NOI via value-add strategies.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews vs. budget with regional managers.
• Develop annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for assets.
• Monitor local markets and redirect resources as needed.
• Travel to Northern California and Washington assets as required.
