Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks a Multi-Site Branch Manager to oversee multiple locations, driving branch sales and service delivery while meeting financial targets. You will build relationships with clients, partners, and management at various levels, and travel between Melbourne, Lake Worth, and Fort Lauderdale to ensure consistent performance.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, program development, and staff coaching to sustain growth and client satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare or related setting preferred.
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Proven track record in building new business and growing accounts preferred.
• Must have 3+ years of sales performance with achievement and growth.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales and service delivery across multiple locations.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and manage branch P&L to maximize profit.
• Develop and execute annual business plans for the region.
• Maintain relationships with referral partners, payors, and clients.
• Lead talent development and performance coaching.
• Travel 50-75% between branches.
