Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Idaho is seeking a Branch Manager (Multi-Site) to lead operations across Meridian and Nampa. You will drive sales, service delivery, and financial performance while nurturing client relationships and collaborating with clinical and support teams.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, developing annual business plans, optimizing service quality, and expanding market share through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred (business, nursing, social services) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience; 3+ years in sales/marketing in healthcare preferred.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and grow accounts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations to meet financial targets and service standards.
• Manage branch sales and marketing to drive growth across markets.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and monitor KPI progress.
• Lead talent development, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with referrals, payor sources, and clients to ensure service excellence.
• Manage on-call coverage and workforce planning as needed.
