Paramount Residential Mortgage Group is seeking a Retail Area Manager to lead and develop a team of Retail Branch Managers and sales personnel across a defined region. You will recruit, hire, and trainBranch leaders while ensuring achievement of production and profitability goals.

You will oversee performance, coach teams, and implement regional sales and marketing programs, tracking production and market trends. A strong background in mortgage operations and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mortgage operations or sales leadership in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop regional branch leaders.
