Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking a Retail Area Manager to lead and develop Regional Retail Managers and sales staff, recruit and train Branch Managers, and drive production across the designated area.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years or more of management experience in mortgage operations.
• Minimum seven years of related experience within the mortgage industry.
• Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees objectives for the designated area production per Regional Vice President.
• Establishes and maintains a trained, motivated team of Branch Managers.
• Directs Branch Manager teams within the region to hit growth and production goals.
• Coaches and supports Branch Managers to grow profitability.
• Guides sales and marketing programs in the region.
• Generates reports to track branch production and marketing effectiveness.
