Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically two or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mortgage Regional Manager in leading Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production goals.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and manage performance.
• Recruit, interview and train elite talent; foster retention and growth within the team.
• Promote a sales environment through training, coaching and marketing materials.
• Establish partnerships with other departments and local real estate communities.
