Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced leader to assist the Mortgage Regional Manager in guiding Mortgage Loan Originators toward regional production goals. You will maintain a personal loan pipeline and help recruit, train, and coach elite talent to drive growth and profitability.

You will engage with local real estate networks and coordinate with other departments to support the mortgage business, while ensuring compliance with NMLS and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong sales and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
