Job summary

ACAC - Atlantic Coast Athletic Clubs seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead membership sales across assigned markets. You will mentor Membership Advisors, drive lead conversion, and ensure FiveStar service standards while expanding club memberships.

The role requires hands-on leadership in the field, strategic collaboration with General Managers and Marketing, and data-driven coaching to achieve ambitious sales goals and market penetration across multiple clubs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train and develop Membership Advisors across the market.
• Conduct regular in-person coaching sessions and sales training at clubs.
• Ensure adherence to the company sales process and lead management standards.
• Monitor sales performance for each club and advisor.
• Set performance expectations and accountability for goals.
• Coordinate local community events and partnerships.
• Develop performance improvement plans with HR as needed.
• Serve as primary sales resource and coach for all clubs in the market.
• Collaborate with General Managers to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with Marketing to optimize campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with pricing strategies and corporate membership opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and reporting to improve growth.
• Ensure timely follow-up of inquiries and tours.
• Maintain consistent sales standards and member experience.
