Job summary

acac Pennsylvania is seeking a Membership Advisor to be the gateway to inviting and reintroducing potential members to the club and a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities include generating new memberships, managing member satisfaction, and driving retention while promoting the club’s programs and events. The role requires strong sales, communication, and computer skills with a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior professional sales experience in commission-based role preferred.
• Prior customer service experience highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly call goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly self-generated outreach goals.
• Infiltrate the surrounding market, produce leads, schedule appointments, and tour prospective members.
• Use membership management software to track members and prospects.
• Generate and execute ideas to promote membership and programs.
• Follow up with prospective members within designated time frames.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing and club policies relating to membership sales.
• Support and handle membership problems and changes per club policies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with members and guests to make them feel welcome.
• Promote club events and activities to build the member base.
