AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Regional Member Service Representative II to deliver exceptional member experiences and build lasting relationships. Based at our financial center at 4865 West Seneca Turnpike, you’ll handle traditional teller transactions, ITM usage, cross-sell products, and CRM documentation to support financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Member Experience & Service: Greet members enthusiastically, model the team culture, and act as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine (ITM) technology.
• Relationship Building & Growth: Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products, conducting courtesy calls, and meeting annual sales and relationship goals.
• Internal Partnerships & CRM Management: Collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and accurately record all member interactions in the CRM system.
• Training & Onboarding: Serve as the lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires within the Financial Center, providing regional support as needed.
• Operations & Compliance: Perform account servicing and file maintenance while strictly adhering to credit union policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory standards (including BSA and SAFE Act).
• Community Engagement: Demonstrate active involvement and engagement within the local community.
