Responsibilities

• Greet members, model team culture, and handle teller transactions and ITM technology.
• Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products and calls.
• Collaborate with partners to deepen member relationships and record interactions in the CRM.
• Lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires; provide regional support.
• Perform account servicing and file maintenance while following policy and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate active community involvement.
