Job summary

AmeriCU Credit Union in New York state is seeking a Regional Member Service Representative I to deliver exceptional member experiences. You will handle teller transactions, ITM technology interactions, and build lasting relationships.

Starting pay ranges from $19.84 to $24.80 per hour, with overtime eligibility. The role supports multiple financial centers within the region and may require travel. We offer benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting both ITM technology interactions and teller transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services.
• Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships.
• Meet or exceed performance and service goals.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as needed.
• Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system.
• Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements.
• Actively participate in community engagement initiatives.
• Cover shifts as needed in any Financial Center within your assigned region.

Regional Member Service Representative – AmeriCU Credit Union

What You’ll Do as a Regional Member Service Representative
