TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a Regional Part-Time Member Advisor to support our East Region branch locations. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service during daily banking interactions, helping members with deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance, and guiding them toward suitable financial solutions.

Ideal candidates bring experience in banking or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in banking, credit unions, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance.
• Help members open new accounts and explore financial solutions.
• Support consumer loan applications and educate on digital banking tools and account security.
• Identify products and services that can improve members' financial well-being.
• Provide exceptional service to build trust and lasting relationships.
