The role requires building physician and hospital relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and traveling within the multi-state region. The position offers independent, home-based sales with opportunities to engage healthcare professionals at conferences and hospitals, while meeting or exceeding territory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established account base and drive continued growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, dentists, hospitals, and medical schools.
• Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls throughout the territory.
• Lead in-person product demonstrations and clinical education sessions.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop new business throughout the assigned territory.
• Represent the company at industry conventions, trade shows, and medical conferences.
• Consistently meet or exceed territory sales objectives.

Job description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the Baltimore area to manage and grow an established medical device sales territory.

Requirements

• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to meet hospital credentialing requirements
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Territory Overview

The representative must be based in the Baltimore area and will cover Greater Baltimore, Northern Maryland, the Eastern Shore, southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware.

• Approximately 30% travel within the territory
• About 4–6 nights away per month
• Air travel to approximately 4–6 medical conferences and industry events per year

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to own an established medical device territory, grow existing customer relationships, and develop new business across a multi-state region. It combines the independence of a home-based sales position with the opportunity to work directly with healthcare professionals and represent innovative medical device solutions.
