Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to conceptual sell novel products.
• Success in a start-up environment and/or launching new products.
• Customer & account profiling ability.
• Track record of exceeding sales and leading teams.
• Rich professional references from supervisors and tier one customers.
• Entrepreneurial orientation and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve the territory’s sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop and execute growth strategies through clinical knowledge and product approvals.
• Contribute ideas to the team and share best practices.
• Use CRM to track contacts, activity, and follow-up.
• Deliver timely activity reports and quarterly business reviews.
• Assist with trade shows and sales meetings.
• Work with surgeons to raise SPR exposure (Grand Rounds, journal clubs).
• Identify cases for case studies, white papers, and video library additions.
• Stay current with RepTrax and accreditation requirements.
