Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Regional Business Manager in New Jersey to lead a field-based sales and clinical support team. You will drive regional sales objectives, coordinate product launches, and partner with marketing and training to arm the team with tools for success.

The role requires 7+ years in outside sales of medical devices, leadership experience, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Travel up to 75% is expected to support key accounts and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years outside sales experience, medical devices preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Record of exceeding quotas.
• Coaching and developing sales colleagues.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to communicate with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 75% including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional sales objectives and manage field-based sales and clinical support teams.
• Lead regional campaigns and new product launches within the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing and training teams to equip the sales force.
• Forecast quarterly performance accurately.
• Develop and execute business plans for key accounts and territories.
• Build relationships with key facilities and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales for GPO/IDN growth.
• Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs.
