Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Regional Business Manager in New Jersey to lead a field-based sales team and drive growth across key accounts. You will collaborate with marketing, training, and enterprise teams to ensure quotas are met and products are positioned effectively in the region.

Travel up to 75% is required and a strong medical device sales track record is essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of outside medical device sales, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Comfortable communicating with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM and CRM reporting.

Responsibilities
