Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead a regional sales team and drive growth for Acclarent & Acute Specialty Instruments. You will develop business plans, foster key relationships with hospitals and surgeons, and coordinate with marketing and training teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in outside medical device sales, and strong leadership and coaching abilities. Travel up to 75% is expected, with some weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of above quota sales performance.
• Skilled at coaching / developing sales colleagues.
• Demonstrated analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated confidence to communicate with surgeons and hospital personnel.
• Demonstrated competence of anatomy and physiology.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time; some weekend travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales objectives for the company and manage a team of field-based sales and clinical support associates.
• Lead marketing campaigns within the region and drive product launches.
• Develop and execute region business plans and key account strategies.
• Forecast quarterly performance and partner with enterprise sales teams on contracts and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure support tools are available to the sales team.
