Job summary

INTEGRA LIFESCIENCES SALES LLC is seeking a Regional Business Manager in New Jersey to lead a field-based sales team, forecast quarterly results, and drive growth for Acclarent and Acute Specialty Instruments at key accounts. You will collaborate with marketing and training teams to ensure tools and education support peak performance.

The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in outside medical device sales, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience in medical devices.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of above quota sales performance.
• Strong coaching and analytical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field-based sales and clinical support associates.
• Forecast quarterly results and drive regional growth.
• Develop business plans for key account development.
• Drive product launches and consistent messaging for new and existing products.
• Build relationships with key facilities and opinion leaders.
