Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Regional Leader for Material Processing Facilities to oversee operations and performance across the region. You will drive safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize production to meet targets while controlling costs.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing, strong knowledge of environmental and safety procedures, and the ability to lead a team of facility managers and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple material processing facilities within the region.
• Oversee safety protocols and environmental compliance across facilities.
• Monitor and optimize production to meet targets with quality and cost control.
• Manage budgets and financial performance of facilities in the region.
• Develop and lead a team of facility managers, operators and staff.
• Implement KPIs and regularly evaluate facility performance.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable materials flow.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Develop customer relationships and report regional performance to senior management.
