Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership to multiple facilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Oversee safety protocols and environmental compliance across sites.
• Monitor and optimize production while managing costs and quality.
• Manage regional budgets and financial performance.
• Lead and develop facility managers, operators, and staff.
• Define KPIs and regularly evaluate facility performance.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure material flow and service quality.
• Promote sustainability and responsible environmental practices.
• Develop customer relationships and report performance to senior management.
