Reworld seeks a Material Processing Facility Regional Leader to oversee multiple facilities within the region, driving safety, production targets, and cost-efficient operations. You will lead facility managers and staff, implement KPIs, and collaborate with vendors to ensure material flow and sustainability.

The role requires strong leadership, environmental/regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple facilities in the region.
• Oversee safety protocols and environmental compliance.
• Monitor and optimize production to meet targets and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and cost-control measures.
