Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Specialist to support multiple divisions within our centralized regional marketing structure. You will coordinate marketing workflows, ensure timely deliverables, and support community openings and closeouts to drive efficiency.

You will guide Marketing Field Coordinators, lead key regional initiatives, and maintain visibility into deadlines and action items, while collaborating with sales and business partners to resolve operational needs across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent required; experience in marketing operations preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years in marketing, home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to Marketing Field Coordinators to prioritize workloads and ensure consistent regional execution.
• Lead regional marketing operational initiatives and special projects across divisions.
• Maintain regional trackers, calendars, and workflows (including AIM) and report deadlines and deliverables to the Region Manager.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, division leadership, sales teams and partners to resolve operational needs.
• Manage processes like vendor coordination, budget tracking, marketing orders, invoices and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
