Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Specialist to support consistent and efficient marketing execution across divisions within the centralized regional structure. You will coordinate workflows, track initiatives, support community launches and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel monthly to support divisions and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to Marketing Field Coordinators and prioritize workloads.
• Lead regional marketing operational initiatives, driving accountability across divisions.
• Manage regional marketing trackers, calendars and workflows with visibility to deadlines.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, sales teams and other partners to resolve operational needs.
• Oversee marketing processes including vendor coordination, budget tracking, invoices and reconciliation.
• Support community openings/closeouts, Welcome Home Centers, models, signage, events and requests.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
