Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee marketing workflows across multiple divisions from the regional office in Raleigh. You will guide Marketing Field Coordinators, manage calendars and trackers, and ensure timely, accurate execution of campaigns and initiatives.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with monthly travel to support regional marketing initiatives and local launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience in home building, real estate or consumer-facing industries preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines across communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to Marketing Field Coordinators to prioritize workloads and maintain consistent execution.
• Lead regional marketing operational initiatives and special projects across divisions.
• Maintain regional marketing trackers, calendars and workflows with visibility to deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, division leadership, sales teams and partners to resolve operational needs.
• Manage marketing operational processes including budget tracking, marketing orders, estimates and invoices.
• Monitor community openings/closeouts, Welcome Home Centers, models, signage, collateral and events.
• Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and scalability.
