Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution of marketing operations across multiple divisions within a centralized regional structure.

The role provides operational oversight, coordinates workflows, and ensures deliverables are completed accurately and on time. You will travel monthly to support initiatives and collaborate with sales teams and division leadership to optimize the online and in-person marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries
• Experience supporting multiple projects or markets preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel monthly (3–4 divisions) to support initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to Marketing Field Coordinators to prioritize workloads and ensure consistent execution across the region
• Lead regional marketing operational initiatives and projects to drive accountability and resolution across divisions
• Maintain regional marketing trackers, calendars, and workflows (AIM), and provide visibility to deadlines and action items to the Region Marketing Operations Manager
• Collaborate with regional marketing, division leadership, sales teams, and partners to resolve operational needs
• Oversee marketing processes including vendor coordination, budget tracking, marketing orders, estimates, invoices, and reconciliation
• Monitor community openings/closeouts, Welcome Home Centers, models, signage, collateral, events, and sales requests
• Identify operational gaps and drive improvements for efficiency and scalability across the region
