Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Specialist to support the regional marketing operations across multiple divisions. The role reports to the Regional Marketing Operations Manager and focuses on coordinating workflows, calendars, and deliverables while ensuring timely and accurate execution of key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of relevant marketing operations or field coordination experience.
• Experience supporting multiple communities or markets preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with internal teams and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to Marketing Field Coordinators, prioritizing workloads and maintaining consistent execution across the region.
• Lead regional marketing operational initiatives and special projects, driving accountability and follow-through across divisions.
• Manage regional marketing trackers, calendars and workflows, and provide visibility to deadlines and deliverables to the Region Marketing Operations Manager.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, division leadership, and sales teams to resolve operational needs.
• Oversee key processes including vendor coordination, budget tracking, marketing orders, estimates, invoices and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor community openings/closeouts, Welcome Home Centers, models, signage, collateral, events, and sales requests.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable solutions across the region.
