Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Manager to lead field marketing execution across 3-4 divisions. You will manage Field Marketing Coordinators, ensuring brand consistency, campaign execution, and timely delivery while collaborating with regional sales and marketing leaders.

You will travel monthly to support local initiatives, optimize online and Welcome Home Center experiences, and maintain strong partnerships across teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5-7 years in homebuilding, real estate, or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build partnerships with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of field marketing aligned with regional and divisional strategies.
• Bridge regional leadership and division teams to translate objectives into executable plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Marketing and Regional Integrated Marketing Manager to operationalize annual goals.
• Review and approve design and production of signage assets and event collateral.
• Provide daily coaching to Field Marketing Coordinators for high performance.
• Monitor community launches and evolving sales needs to align marketing support.
