Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to act as the on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level, supporting local community execution and New Home Consultants. You will ensure timely, brand-aligned marketing implementation at the community level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing coordination or related role.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills across multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity with regional teams.
• Support Quick Move-In homes with signage, MLS listings, and photography oversight.
• Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates.
• Coordinate and track signage inventory across divisions.
• Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, updates.
• Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events, including grand openings and broker events.
• Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local level.
• Oversee community launch execution, including office setup and SGT installs.
• Assist regional content teams with photography requests for homes and lifestyle shots.
• Act as liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing for flawless execution.
