Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to serve as the on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level. You will support local community execution, New Home Consultants, and division marketing initiatives, ensuring brand-aligned marketing at the community level.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and regional marketing teams, coordinating signage, visuals, and events. Weekly travel within the division is required, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity.
• Support on-site marketing events, QMI signage, and MLS listings monitoring.
• Coordinate exterior/interior color selection updates and signage inventory.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events and campaigns.
• Act as liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing teams.
