• 3+ years of performance/retail marketing or paid media experience.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actions.
• Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets.
• Comfort working with operational leaders and executives to drive ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own regional digital marketing performance across multiple dealership locations.
• Monitor and optimize paid search, paid social, display, and local campaigns.
• Track KPIs such as leads, traffic, cost per lead, and ROI; adjust spend and messaging.
• Coordinate with GMCs, sales leaders, and centralized marketing to align programs with inventory and sales objectives.
• Manage OEM co-op requirements and ensure campaign compliance across regions.
