Hyundai is seeking a Manager, Genesis After-Sales to lead liaison activities between Genesis Motor America and Genesis stores. You will drive retailer performance in customer retention, parts and service profitability, and policy implementation.

The role requires analyzing operations, recommending improvements, and supporting technicians and management. The position emphasizes strong communication, strategic problem solving, and hands-on leadership to elevate Genesis brand image and retailer

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and oral communication throughout interactions with retailers and management.
• Deep understanding of automotive dealer operations and financial impact.
• Analytical mindset to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Proficient in Windows-based software including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison between Genesis Motor America and Genesis stores to improve retailer performance.
• Analyze retailer parts & service operations, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate programs, policies, and procedures to retailers and monitor adherence.
• Provide technical support to verify vehicle operating issues and warranty procedures.
• Prepare written reports and provide feedback to GMA on performance.
• Monitor retailer performance against the retailer agreement and suggest improvements.
• Lead training participation and ensure regional/satellite classes are attended.
• Work with retailers to improve customer retention and satisfaction and maximize profitability.
