Lennar is hiring a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to partner with local communities, Sales leaders, and NHCs to execute brand-aligned marketing initiatives. This role drives field-level support for flyers, signage, and event logistics while coordinating with regional and national teams.

Responsibilities include managing signage and MLS listings, coordinating with vendors, and driving on-site marketing events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
• 0 - 2 years of experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build partnerships.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity with regional teams.
• Support Quick Move-In homes with accurate signage, monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography.
• Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates.
• Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across divisions.
• Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates.
• Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends.
• Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level.
• Oversee community launch execution, including WHC office setup with regional and national teams.
• Support regional content teams with photography requests of homes, models, and local areas; testimonials and lifestyle photos.
• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team for flawless execution.
