Job summary

M/I Homes, Inc. is seeking a Region Marketing Director to lead regional marketing strategy and performance across multiple divisions. The role focuses on increasing walk-ins, inbound calls, and new lead growth while aligning budgets with division goals.

You will coach division marketing teams, standardize community-level plans, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive results and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with multi-market or multi-division programs.
• 2+ years leading marketing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with marketing budgets, spend allocation, lead generation, and traffic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Owns regional marketing strategy and performance.
• Aligns budgets and spend with division goals and standardizes community-level plans.
• Develops and manages division budgets and coordinates approvals.
• Reviews spending allocations, including digital advertising with marketing partners.
• Diagnoses traffic trends and directs corrective actions across divisions.
• Acts as regional marketing authority, supported by data.
• Transfers best practices between divisions, including events and campaigns.
• Reports on walk-in traffic, calls, and lead goals regularly.
• Coaches and trains division teams on processes and standards.
