Job Description

Regional Marketing Coordinator - Senior Living

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care

This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel. Overnight travel may be required.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities include driving census growth through vision, mission, and growth strategies, conducting site visits, and preparing weekly and quarterly reports. The coordinator will also walk communities, develop new processes, and work with leads.

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic personality
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
• Strong knowledge of sales & marketing, including lead generation and conversion
• Experience in establishing strategic partnerships
• Local referral network development experience
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
• Team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
