Job description

The Growth Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns focused on growing pipeline and revenue.

This role plays a key part in helping bring marketing strategies to life by collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns that drive customer retention, expansion, and net new opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Growth Marketing team and partner with creative services, content, digital, sales, and product marketing to deliver on business goals.

The position is remote and reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns that support new system, cross-sell, retention, and migration goals across key product lines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, etc.) to develop marketing assets and ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and aligned with strategy.
  • Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns in tools like Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Monitor performance of live campaigns and support reporting efforts by pulling data, tracking KPIs, and flagging areas for optimization.
  • Support marketing webinars, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads by organizing logistics, building assets, and coordinating across teams.
  • Help maintain content and campaigns within marketing systems, such as Pathfactory and Craft CMS.
  • Assist with completing customer testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
  • Provide support for customer enablement programs.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines in tools like Asana to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Education:

  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (experience with Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
