Regional Marketing Coordinator - Senior Living

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care

This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel. Overnight travel may be required.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities include driving census growth through strategic vision, conducting site visits, preparing weekly and quarterly reports, walking communities, developing new processes, and working with leads.

  • A passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
  • Strong knowledge of sales & marketing, including lead generation and conversion
  • Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships
  • Existing local referral networks to develop new referrals
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
