Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Market Manager to oversee multiple locations within a designated area, driving profitability, staff development, and exceptional customer service. You will lead and mentor the General Managers, ensuring adherence to SOPs and a strong customer focus across all sites.

As part of the leadership team, you will coordinate market activities, promote safe working conditions, and partner with corporate to grow the market while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years collision repair industry.
• Minimum of three years of management.
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred.
• Estimating license if applicable in the state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of multiple locations within a designated market.
• Lead and mentor location General Managers to achieve WOW goals.
• Ensure SOP adherence and staff accountability for performance.
• Coordinate via daily calls to balance load across locations.
• Recruit, interview, and train new hires; coach staff on customer service.
• Promote safe, clean working conditions and enforce safety policies.
• Collaborate with corporate staff to grow the market and report on performance.
• Review location performance with managers and provide coaching.
• Engage with insurers and referral points to drive new business.
