Qualifications

• Minimum five years in the collision repair industry.
• Minimum three years in a management role.
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred; estimating license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple locations within a designated market.
• Lead General Managers; ensure SOPs and WOW (Wow Operating Way) execution.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with corporate and external marketing; manage safety audits.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct monthly reviews with claims/dealers.
