Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a strategic Regional Manager to lead Regional and Market Managers, translate company strategy into actionable regional plans, and drive sales, patient experience, staffing, and operations across multiple markets. You will own region performance, set measurable goals, coach leaders, and build a strong leadership bench while ensuring consistent execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
Optical manager leadership experience preferred.
Proven ability to coach and develop leaders.
Strong customer and patient experience focus.
Ability to lead in fast-changing environments.
Proficient in data analysis and KPI-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Own overall regional performance, setting measurable goals and accountability for managers.
Convert company strategy into clear regional action plans and ensure consistent execution.
Review financial and customer metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
Support new store openings, market expansion, and talent planning initiatives.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance to meet operational priorities.
Develop and coach leaders, ensuring succession planning and bench strength.
