Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a network of Market Managers across multiple markets. You will translate corporate strategy into actionable regional plans, coach leaders, and drive performance across sales, patient experience, staffing, and operations.

Responsibilities include developing a strong leadership bench, executing growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
Optical Manager leadership experience preferred.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire leaders while building talent pipelines.
Strong customer/patient experience focus balanced with business results.

Responsibilities

Own overall performance across the region with measurable goals and accountability.
Translate company strategy into regional action plans and ensure consistent execution.
Review financial, operational, and customer metrics to identify trends and gaps; implement corrective actions.
Support openings, market expansion, acquisitions, and growth initiatives with leadership.
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, compliance, and operational priorities across markets.
Develop and execute merchandise, operations, and service strategies to hit sales, margin, and EBITDA targets.
Monitor center operations and ensure high-quality patient/customer service.
