Investors Title Insurance Company is seeking a Title Agency Regional Market Support Manager to join our National Markets Marketing team and support agency partners across North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. The role emphasizes growth, onboarding, and strategic coordination within a hybrid North Carolina framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business operations, financial information, performance measures, and growth drivers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for agency growth.
• Assist with agency onboarding, openings, and ownership transitions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
• Support agency business and operational goals, including budgets, owner goals, business development plans, and service-level objectives.
• Coordinate training initiatives, meetings, and business planning activities.
• Coordinate and support Agency Board/Member meetings, including agendas, materials, and financial information.
• Build strong relationships with agency owners, personnel, issuing agents, and referral partners.
• Partner with internal teams to support reporting, compliance, and operational improvements.
• Maintain records of business development activities and agency interactions.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
