Job summary

Investors Title Insurance Company seeks a Title Insurance Business Development Manager in North Carolina. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on growing referral networks, expanding market share, and delivering educational sessions to attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals.

You will work closely with leadership to drive revenue and build strategic partnerships across North Carolina, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on relationship building.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Paralegal background or experience in real estate, title insurance, or mortgage banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop new referral relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Increase market share and revenue within the assigned territory.
