  • Assist with agency onboarding, openings, and ownership transitions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
  • Support agency business and operational goals, including budgets, owner goals, business development plans, and service-level objectives.
  • Coordinate training initiatives, meetings, and business planning activities.
  • Coordinate and support Agency Board/Member meetings, including agendas, materials, and financial information.
  • Build strong relationships with agency owners, personnel, issuing agents, and referral partners.
  • Partner with internal teams to support reporting, compliance, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain records of business development activities and agency interactions.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

We’re seeking a Title Agency Regional Market Support Manager to join our National Markets Marketing team and play an important role in supporting the growth and success of agency partners across North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, agency owners, Board members, and internal teams to support business development, strengthen operations, and enhance the overall agency experience.

This broad-based role touches multiple aspects of the business, including financial performance, business planning, ownership transitions, and Board/Member meetings. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of how our agencies operate while contributing to initiatives that support their growth, profitability, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain records of business development activities and agency interactions.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business operations, financial information, performance measures, and the factors that contribute to growth and profitability.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of initiative, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to five years of experience in the real estate or title insurance industry.
  • Experience in business development, title agency operations, marketing, or client relationship management.
