Insightec is seeking a Market Development Manager for the Northeast US to lead regional marketing and strengthen referral pathways for MR-guided focused ultrasound programs. This remote, field-based role partners with hospital sites, physicians, and patient navigators to raise awareness and drive patient access.

You will coordinate regional campaigns, events, and co-marketing with hospital marketing teams, leveraging digital and in-person strategies to reach clinicians and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in healthcare, medical device, or related field marketing, market development, or marketing; 2 years of sales preferred.
• Proven success building referral relationships with physicians or providers and executing field events/programs.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and how hospitals build clinical service lines.
• Understanding HIPAA and healthcare compliance in outreach and referral source engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional marketing strategy and partner with Regional Director and clinicians to drive program adoption.
• Develop referral networks with neurologists, movement disorder specialists, primary care physicians, and other sources.
• Lead patient education events and therapy awareness programs in the region.
• Coordinate site marketing, co-marketing, and community outreach with hospital partners.
• Track funnel metrics and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) to inform decisions.
