Job summary

Insightec is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Sales for the Central US, with remote flexibility. You will lead a high-performance team, grow utilization, and drive recurring revenue by expanding procedure volumes across hospital accounts.

Travel will be extensive the role requires strategic partnership with marketing, service, and clinical apps teams. You are a senior commercial leader with 10+ years in medical device sales, strong coaching skills, and a track record of building

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in business, marketing or related field.
MBA preferred.
10+ years total experience incl. 7–10+ years managing a regional team.
10+ years building relationships at multiple customer levels with a highly technical product.
5+ years in startup or early stage commercial environment.
5+ years in clinical or capital sales delivering revenues.
Proven ability to coach and lead people.
Strong communication and influence across stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively (70%).

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coaching to the CAM team in the Central US.
Drive annual treatments and utilization growth to expand recurring revenues.
Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Clinical Apps to implement initiatives.
Develop referral networks and hospital partnership programs.
Analyze KPI and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Represent Insightec with customers and cross-functional teams as needed.
