Utz Quality Foods, Inc. seeks a Market Development Leader II in the Santa Rosa, CA area to partner with Independent Operators and Master Distributors, driving sales profitability and market penetration.

You will implement selling strategies, communicate initiatives, and build strong IO/distributor relationships to grow share. The role requires travel 75%–90%, a strong sales operations background, and leadership across cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and ensure product

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations in snacks, grocery, or beverage industry; DSD experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
• Knowledge of Independent Distribution models and IO/Distributor agreements.
• Proactive communication and ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategy to Independent Operators and distributors to grow market share.
• Ensure IOs and distributors rights and obligations are preserved.
• Prepare weekly volume and inventory reports and KPI scorecards.
• Provide weekly Sales/IO Work-with planner to Sales Operations Director.
• Conduct store visits and present display concepts, promotions, and introductions; reinforce IO/distributor invoicing.
