Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Independent Operator/Distributor agreements and obligations.
• Minimum 5 years in sales operations, preferably in snacks, grocery, or beverage industry.
• Knowledge of distributor IO relationships and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Communicate sales, service, and merchandising strategies to IOs and distributors.
• Prepare weekly volume and inventory reports and KPI scorecards.
• Conduct store visits to reinforce company and distributor collaboration.
• Assist in planning workshops with MDL team and SOD to maximize sales potential.
