Job summary

Protingent is seeking a Director of Industrial Sector Market Development to shape and execute our industrial sector growth strategy. You will identify opportunities in chemical, steel, oil and gas, and other areas, aligning reactor technology with customer needs and leading cross-functional teams.

You will build executive relationships, oversee market intelligence, and drive multi-year growth for US and global industrial clients, including travel 30–50%.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or industrial sales leadership in one or more industrial verticals.
• Bachelor's in engineering, economics, business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success in building and maintaining industrial sector relationships and leading complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the industrial sector market development strategy.
• Identify, prioritize and pursue high-value market opportunities including chemical, steel, oil and gas.
• Lead market intelligence collection and data center trends with cross-functional teams.
• Build executive relationships with hyperscale and datacenter stakeholders.
• Lead RFP/RFQ responses and support commercial negotiations.
