The ideal candidate has 9+ years in senior client services, 4+ years leading teams, a strong IT services background, and a consultative mindset focused on growth. Must be based in the US and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success at the executive level.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong background in the IT or technology services industry.
• Extensive experience in client services with a consultative mindset and growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across BairesDev.
• Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large-scale projects.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.
